With so many GCCs entering in India, and US SDE market being in terrible shape due to extreme outsourcing, shouldn’t Indian market be booming?

There are 1000+ companies that pay 25lpa+ by the time and employee is an SDE II but nobody is getting any jobs, what is happening?
