APARTMENT HELP

Looking for a 1bed 1 bath! Looking to move in late July/early August. Preferably in west Monroe. Would like to keep it $1k a month but want something safe and at least 700sq ft. I've called a few different places and keep getting told nothing is available 😭 Ashford place was my number one option because it's over 1000sq feet and was around $1150 per month but got told they have nothing until September.
