How was my Apple Watch Passcode Changed?

I’ve had issues with my ultra 2 ever since I upgraded to the 17 pro. I expected a hiccup or repairing here or there but it’s been almost a year and I’m still dealing with things.

“No photos” error is always on my screen … I have tried to sync / unsync, try new albums, resetting, reco’necting, WiFi on, WiFi off … nothing works. Nothing.

Now my watch is telling me my passcode is wrong. I have never changed it. It’s the same passcode as my phone.

So I don’t know how to fix this and I don’t see others with this issue … but if anyone has insight please let me know.
