I'm not a Christian but i feel the need to pray.. how do I?

My boyfriend has gotten bit by a wild animal a month ago and kept it a secret until now and he has bad symptoms and i am so so so very worried it is rabies and i might actually lose him..
The appointment for the doctor is tomorrow and only then shall we know if it is rabies or a bad case of a viral disease..
I'm very new to praying so....
Please tell me what prayers and how I could say to pray for him
I don't know if this will work or not... but I'm willing to give my everything to get the best outcome possible
