Advices on my future plan?

Hello, I’m an international student (going to 3rd year in Uni) in Ontario and due to my financial issues, I cannot continue my studies.

Fortunately, I am eligible to receive 2 years of open work permit via working holiday system in my country, which I am currently seeking for OINP to pr passway so I can continue my studies within lower tuition and successfully graduate.

However, as OINP system has been recently changed, I wonder what would be a good fit/advices on my current situation.

Here are my infos :

Age : 22
Area of study : computer science
Work experience : one part time marketing job and one computer science part time job, but also have an intention to work on different roles too
Education : graduated canadian high school and currently enrolled in ontario uni
