Pls suggest some good colleges for btech biotech in delhi ncr or punjab 🙏

Heyy there!
I gave re neet this year and i am scoring somewhere around 480 marks and I realised that mobs and medical field is not my cup of tea. there are also some personal reasons related to this..should i join btech biotechnology? f I may go to abroad for mtech and after gaining some experience return to india..pls suggest some colleges
