Black Screen on Launch

A blank black screen comes up whenever I launch the game. I hear the menu theme and when I press keys I can hear the game starting and the sounds of my character in the lobby but the screen is just blank. Nothing happens when I press F11, esc or Alt+Enter. I don't have any mods installed, and I already tried verifying files, restarting my laptop and uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Any suggestions? Would like to get back to playing the game ;-;
