Should I be the one getting in trouble ?

I’m an IS and no one in the pharmacy where’s a theatro for communication as of late my RXOM is not speaking to me so when cenfill has arrived no one in the pharmacy is letting me know and I missed sending my return on Thursday due to no notification or communication who’s at fault ?
