3 stars no NIL

First year in my rebuild of CMU with no NIL remaining. I added a bunch of three stars that expected 10 NIL that had no offers, because I offered no nil they never gained interest in me, does anyone know if at the end of recruiting they will go to my team as I’m the only offer like they did in years past?
