Upgrading from a 5600X to a 5800X3D

Hi everyone - I’m currently using a 5600X with 32GB 3200MHz RAM and a RX9070 and a 650W PSU, i play in 1080p @ 144Hz, is it worth upgrading to a 5800X3D now that it’s back in stock? Price is about 360€ in Germany - so considering I can sell my used 5600X for about 100€ is the upgrade worth it or should I keep my 5600X ? Or is my 650W psu at its limit or will the 105W cpu be fine ? I’m not overclocking or using PBO.
