Rabies vaccine

My dog got rabies booster he is 2. Since Wednesday night which is the day he got the vaccine he has been vomited and is having diarrhea. My vet said she’s not convinced it is the vaccine but there’s literally nothing else that would have caused it. Has anyone else had something like this happen?
