Daughter just turned 18 and wants documents.

My daughter turned 18 in April. She got caught in some lies and in a rash decision left home to be with her girlfriend. Now she wants us to give her, the birth certificate and SS card we got to do school enrollment, license, adoption and etc. I don’t want to make things harder on her, but they way she chose to leave I’m sure as hell not going to help her. I told her she can get things on her own. But apparently they won’t get them in time for what she wants. So do I have to surrender them to her or do I make her get her own? Legally only. Not looking for what the morality choice is. I know that one, let’s not be dumb about it. Just the legal requirement.
