Break in shots and impact on restarting?

Was on 2.5mg for month one and then 5mg for two months.

Needed to move doctor and could not get an appointment on time so went about 10 days or 2 weeks without a shot and felt a huge return of food noise.

Did my first shot on Tuesday and feel no impact? I’m even wondering if I got any? I did not prime so I’m worried maybe I literally took nothing from the pen?

Anyone have any ideas or XP to share? I have no digestive changes etc either so something doesn’t add up this time.
