IIM Converts: Need Your PI Insights

For those who've attended IIM PI/WAT interviews:

1. Roughly how many marks do average candidates score in the PI?
2. What do interviewers actually evaluate the most academics, communication, confidence, clarity of thought, honesty, current affairs, or something else?

Would love to hear your experience, especially if you converted a top IIM.
