Looking for an everyday backpack

I’m currently using the Samsonite Ikonn 3 since the past 3 years that my dad got as a corporate gift. And I also have 3 decathlon bagpacks 10, 15 and 20L but none of these have a laptop compartment. I often need to carry either my laptop or my iPad and Keyboard combo. As well as around 2-3 files, stationary, I carry around a med kit and in terms of electronics I carry around 2 powerbanks and a charger. Depending on the day, there might be a novel and a textbook as well. I’ll need external pockets 1 for waterbottle and the other for an umbrella, I’ll carry a softshell poncho for me inside the bag and may need enough space for a tiffin. I also often get my bag wet due to rain or spills so it needs to be relatively durable. Please suggest a bagpack, I’ve a hard limit of ₹4,000.
