thinking about quitting. i am not doing well

Work-Life Balance and Stress Management

for context: im 20, this is my first job, ii live in eastern europe and work at this post office where you go to pick up your online orders. about 4-11 people come in everyday but the workday itself is 12 hours. im not employed officially, because mostly school and college kids work here part time (i guess that's the reason). the pay is 20 dollars a day and i have 2 other coworkers so i work in general only a week out of a month (because the school years ended. during may i worked on workdays (technically overtime) so 5 days a week, 12 hours a day). ok i think this is all context needed

i couldn't find/get a job before because i have ptsd, autism, social anxiety and depression. and just talking to my peers in school and college could send me into a panic attack (thanks lots to school /s). now, i graduated college last year and finally got better enough to sustain a routine. ive been working here since 2nd of may. and since day one i noticed my mental health decline. it's the stress of a new environment, i suppose. i don't do much, i know, but still. may was fine, june was okay, too. but i see myself slipping into old thought patterns i had when i had psychosis, basically. the fact that there's a camera in the office and i know im being watched all the time doesn't help (and i know i have to just get used to it, i know). i haven't had hallucinations since 2022 and suddenly they came back. haven't had intrusive thoughts about hurting others and they're back too. i'm trying to keep a sound mind, but i don't think i'm doing well.

now, my coworker asked me to work for a week because she's going out of town together with another coworker (they're always going away together btw. and when i asked them to work on certain days when i got sick they said the can't because they're out of town together again). and. i just don't think i can do it. i barely can do 3 days with no breaks. i'm exhausted and suicidal thoughts are also coming back again. i'm being underpaid anyway. i'm starting to lose hope (and possibly my grip on reality).

should i just quit already? i thought about doing it later this month, but idk if "later" will happen at this rate.
