Any issues moving fridge to a sunroom?
(Excuse the mess, we just moved in yest).
Tldr fridge feels to big for a small kitchen, is there any issue moving it to the sunroom right next to it?
As we're unpacking, the size of the fridge is really throwing us off. Wife wants to move it to the sun room and figure out some kind of additional counter top space. This is a new rental for us and it has this sunroom right next to the kitchen. It is not hested/cooled directly but if we leave the door open to it, it cools to roughly the house temp. It seems to be done well enough that we don't see any bugs coming in (unless door to outside gets left open).
The fridge doesn't have ice maker / water so it's just plugged into a standard outlet. The sunroom has a standard 3 pronged outlet. We would need to remove the fridge door and door to the sunroom but that's manageable (haven't removed a fridge door before but seems straight forward). Fridge will be heavy so will need help lifting it and there's one step to the sunroom.
The pro would be that we barely have counter space and it'd make prep a lot easier. Con is fridge not in the kitchen feels weird, and wed have to keep the door to the sunroom always open to keep it closer to house temp to avoid overworking the fridge. No direct sunlight so shouldn't be too bad (me thinks).
Is there any reason this can go poorly?
