How to apply relocation

Hi everyone, I joined Capgemini in July 2025 , as the climate in Navi mumbai is rainy during that time I started getting sick and it continued till Feb . I am in a project right now and I have asked my project manager for relocation he saw the texts but no response. One of my friends said he saw the process to apply is in ask hr portal or smthng . Can anyone help me how to apply. Like what is the path for it???
