En Rhon Studios estamos buscando 1 actriz de doblaje para participar de forma voluntaria en el desarrollo de una novela visual estilo otome de misterio y suspense.

Ahora mismo somos un estudio en crecimiento y todavía no contamos con financiación, así que en esta etapa la colaboración no es remunerada. Aun así, queremos dejar todo claro desde el principio:

• Crédito oficial en los proyectos en los que participes.

• RevShare (Revenue Share): participación en los beneficios si el juego genera ingresos, mediante un acuerdo previo y proporcional a la contribución de cada colaboradora.

• Prioridad para futuras contrataciones cuando el estudio tenga financiación.

• Experiencia real trabajando en un proyecto de desarrollo.

• Colaboración 100 % remota y con horarios flexibles.

• Carta de recomendación al finalizar la colaboración, si la necesitas.

Hello!

At Rhon Studios, we're looking for one female voice actress to join us on a volunteer basis in the development of a mystery and suspense otome visual novel.

We're currently a growing indie studio and don't yet have funding, so this collaboration is unpaid at this stage. However, we want to be completely transparent from the beginning about what we can offer:

- Official credit in the projects you participate in.

- Revenue Share (RevShare): a share of the game's profits if it generates revenue, based on a prior agreement and proportional to each contributor's involvement.

- Priority consideration for future paid positions once the studio secures funding.

- Real experience working on a game development project.
