28 [M4F] Tampa Seeking a Consistent Gym Partner

NSFWM4F - Tampa

I went into college weighing about 180 lbs and eventually found myself at 275 lbs. Looking back, I barely recognized the person I had become. I was constantly tired, had no confidence, and hated the way I felt every day.

About 2½ years ago, I decided enough was enough.

I put my Exercise Science degree to work and completely changed my lifestyle. In a little over a year, I lost more than 100 lbs. I knew I'd lose some muscle during the process, but I was proud of where I ended up and was able to maintain that weight for about a year.

Over the last six months, though, something has changed. I've noticed my energy has tanked, my strength isn't what it used to be, and when I stepped on the scale recently, I was shocked to see I was down to 158 lbs.

So it's time for a new chapter.

My goal now is to put on 20–30 lbs, build my strength back, and enjoy training again. The hardest part isn't knowing what to do—it's finding the motivation to do it after a long day at work.

I've always been a solo lifter. Headphones in, get the workout done, go home. But I've realized I'd probably get a lot more out of my training with someone to push me, keep me accountable, and make showing up a little easier.

So I'm looking for a gym partner. I don't care if your goal is losing weight, building muscle, getting stronger, or just feeling healthier. We don't have to be at the same fitness level—we just need to be committed to showing up and helping each other stay consistent.

Looking for:

Female

Age 21–40

Within 40 minutes of Palm Harbor

Available in the evenings

If you're interested, send me your ASL (age, sex, location) and tell me a little about your goals. Maybe we can help each other become better than we could on our own.
