Should the LGB flag be updated?

During the month of LGB+ pride, my neighbour flew a rainbow flag. But it was the old one without the brown triangle thing. I made him take it down because it wasn’t up to date.

This made me think, shouldn’t the current flag be updated? And how could we petition for this?
