Campaign to ban heritage steam railways?

Hi I’m really keen to start a campaign to ban heritage steam Railways. I live close to one and the pollution is quite significant and it damages the local landscape. I don’t see why it’s necessary to cause so much damage just so people can take a picture of trains I think we should as a party really start a strong movement to ban and abolish all coal powered steam heritage railways. It’s a disgusting blight on our landscape that is enjoyed purely by those of the higher classes and it is taxpayer money that could be better spent supporting disabled people.
