[TP] cant check off stuff on zelda central twilight princess list?

gonna replay zelda tp on dusklight but i wanna 100% it thing is i cant use the check feature on zelda central for some reason

https://zeldacentral.com/games/twilight-princess/100-completion-checklist/

and is it even accurate?

last thing is anything missable is for 100%? and are there any quests that dont reward anything like only rupees which may cause me to miss them since they dont give a item on the check list
