Looking for some advice

Wife loves Esalen, she knows it is not my thing. That is not the question or advice. She was supposed to coke April of 2020 but we know how that turned out, then life and she finally went a month or so ago and so happy and refreshed and wanting to go back 2x a year. We compromised on 1 guarantee and maybe 2. The stress she had though was getting from MRY to Esalen etc. She doesn't like to drive but rented a car drove down etc. Are there groups I can direct her of other mom's going to talk with prior and arrange either staying together or roomates etc. BTE we live in USA where SFO would be direct or connect to MRY Wife is 50 we have 2 kids 1 teen 1 pre teen,
