Different AI framework

i know a3 uses FSM's and reforger uses behaviour trees, but which other AI frameworks would fit ARMA the best? maybe GOAP Utility AI or HTN? maybe group leader uses planner AI frame work like going and scouting an area out before it hits the area and other individual AI uses something simple like state trees and behaviour trees?
