Door furniture

We’ve an old solid wood front door, nothing special but budget doesn’t cover replacement at the moment and it’s badly in need of a coat of paint.

The handle and letterbox are brass which is really heavily tarnished and while I’ve tried polishing up I think it’s probably done.

Any recommendations on where to get replacements locally? Looking online and hard to find anything and id rather go somewhere in person really, just no idea where.
