33 weeks pregnant and heat wave

Hello! I am 33 weeks pregnant and it’s 100 degrees this weekend where I live. I was looking forward to grilling out tomorrow and enjoying some time with friends outside. Some people are saying that heat can lead to preterm labor and that’s what I find when I google. How risky is it if I’m staying hydrated?
