Sweep up changes when?

I know some of them are out, other are not. I'm waiting for the shellbane one and some others. I haven't seen any updates on twitter or here when they are coming out. Does anyone have any idea or seen anything anywhere when the updates are going to come to game? Thank you in advance and for the Americans happy 4th of July!
