tryptase test today. wish me luck!

got my tryptase test today in a few hrs. currently attempting to trigger a massive flare. fairly certain im already in one (hence me going to the doc re: symptoms. MCAS has been in the "possibilities" list since 2017, but i never pursued a formal dx after I stopped getting idiopathic hives and edema just as suddenly as those symptoms started).

I had left over pad thai for breakfast and some coffee and a marshmallow crisped rice bar thing. for lunch (approx 1 hr before appt) im gonna have a tomato based curry with spinach and beans. I am already in hell but im not allowed to take an antihistamine and I screm.

anyway, wish me luck on the tryptase blood draw test. my docs content to give the MCAS diagnosis regardless of tryptase but this will help with getting ins. to cover my cromolyn when the pharmacy restocks (they dont know when they'll get it in ughhhh)
