Why offer delivery windows if you can't follow them?
Literally everytime. For some reason my Amazon package, which I ordered a week ago and chose a later delivery date to be nice, is being delivered by UPS and of course they missed the time. It's supposed to thunderstorm later and I have places to be, was supposed to arrive by 11:45pm and now says before 9PM on tracking. Better be UPS that pays for my damaged goods.
And they have the gall to make you pay for MyChoice to choose a delivery time at other times. Not once that I've paid for UPS MyChoice has my package arrived in it's delivery window. People choose delivery times because they don't want their packages left out and have places to be.
