Permafrost witchhunter - why is my build low on DPS?

Hello Fellow Exiles,

I am further in endgame then I ever was before, but I feel like my DPS especially boss damage is lacking, also sometimes I die to I think random bleed / poison stuff especially in abyss maps.

Regarding recent upgrades, I just upgraded my xbow for 100 div, but I don't feel it really was so much of an upgrade (previous one was higher dps but no + skills, now it's +5 proj). Also, I was lucky enough to chance orb a mageblood for myself which is a first because I was never lucky enough to get anything from random chance orbing before.

Also, do you think POB DPS calc for skills is precise? I found people with like 50k permafrost dps and don't see the main difference.
