Tired of forgetting your capsule wardrobe pieces? I built a personal closet organizer named Yikool for minimal outfit planning

Hi everyone!
I’m sure many capsule wardrobe lovers deal with the same annoying issue: owning a curated minimalist closet, yet always cycling the same few outfits and letting great pieces sit unworn for months. I struggled for a long time to keep track of every item I own and create fresh combinations without digging through my whole closet each morning.

Over time I built Yikool ,a strict personal sorting habit for my capsule wardrobe. I log every clothing piece’s color, season and style details privately, plan out daily fits and travel packing combinations ahead of time, and track how often I reach for each garment regularly. This small routine helps me cut down unused items and keep my closet streamlined only to my most practical, frequently worn essentials.

I’m curious how other minimalist fashion fans manage their capsule rotation! Do you have personal systems to avoid repeating outfits? What little organizational tricks help you make full use of your curated closet pieces? I’d love to pick up new hacks from this community.
