Helping new founders achieve success | AMA + my contact info
Hey everyone,
I saw a couple of posts through various subreddits about new startups looking for co-founders, officers, or just someone who can help get them off the ground. Maybe you have a small business or nonprofit idea but are unsure of how to proceed. Maybe you have a foreign company and you're looking to migrate or establish a subsidiary in the US.
I can help you with everything from structuring and registering your organization to accounting and FP&A to writing grant applications, preparing pitch decks, securing partnerships--whatever you need. I can even introduce you to a few friends who are angel investors and venture capitalists.
I'm already a CFO/vCFO for a couple of startups and a PCB manufacturing company. I know this stuff like the back of my hand. That's why I have an entire firm revolving around business advisory and financial services.
On that note, I have 4 CPAs, one of whom specializes in international tax, so if you need that, there you go. He can especially help Indian founders, since he's both a CA in India and a CPA here. Another worked at EY as a senior auditor and has 35+ years of experience. I can also provide referrals to business, tax, and intellectual property attorneys.
You can pay me by either a retainer or equity. Doesn't matter--as long as I'm getting something in return for helping you scale. Compensation will be very transparent, something we both agree on, and implemented after I show you how I can help.
Ask me anything. I don't use Reddit *super* often as you can probably tell, but I'll monitor for responses.
