Is it too late?
I had cnp exam a couple weeks ago. I was claiming pain in my knee after a x ray it showed I had like 4 different things wrong with my knee however examiner only focused on possible signs of a previous knee dislocation. I’ve never dislocated my knee. I’m only claiming knee pain secondary to other SC knee. however I’m the DBQ examiner wrote less likely than not my knee dislocation is due to SC knee. problem is he never addressed the other findings that he found on the xray he ordered and he didn’t address my original theory of knee pain due to overcompensatio. he wrote a short rational that only said SC knee cannot cause dislocation and patient never stated dislocation. is it too late to file complaint and upload another statement for the rater before he/she makes a decision or should I wait for the denial. I believe this exam is insufficient wnd want another exam. everything the examiner said on DBQ is true however its not what I was claiming and dodnt address my original theory nor the other findings. can I submit a statement sonce the decision hasn’t been made yet? I don’t want my rater to focus on dislocation that I didn’t claim which by the way I never dislocated. Xray just said signs of possible wear due to possible dislocation correlation
