Anybody took Marketing Research MKTG103, is it super hard?

I am an exchange student wanting to take the course to transfer it back to my home university. The prof sent me an email warning me how rigorous the course is, is it really that bad? The syllabus looks quite normal to me?

I am bad with stats but I have to take it to graduate.
