Should I avoid trying to fix everything at once?
I’m wondering this because when I try to do this big plan where I completely change my life and get rid of all my bad habits and do only stuff that will contribute to a better life it fails everytime
So I’m wondering should I take one small step at a time? Should I go full cold turkey on stuff such as junk food and doom scrolling? How can I replace the time I got after deleting TikTok
I’ve managed to keep up with working out consistently and even meditating for 5 minutes a day but everything else I’m struggling with doing. One is to work on cleaning my room as it’s currently messy, also doing deep work, and a few other things
So what could I be doing to make becoming disciplined easier? I feel like there’s something I’m missing as I must be doing something wrong if I can’t become more disciplined by the day
