Will my coworkers notice my ED at work?

I am not seeking a diagnosis. I have already received a dx of anorexia and some issues with binging and purging.

I got a job recently that requires in-office work.

Will coworkers notice and tell anyone? I feel like people are going to judge me and look at me weird. I’m fat, so that offers some camouflage.

This job requires a lot of activities surrounding food… we do weekly lunches with the team, go out for beer, everyone eats lunch together every single day, etc…

I never eat lunch or breakfast, I can’t drink beer, and I don’t eat in front of people. Especially because it’s obvious when you go to the bathroom right after, etc. Sometimes food just makes me sick and I vomit unintentionally.
