Menstrual cycle pain after iron supplements

Hi all,

After being in iron supplementation, I am experiencing unbearable insanely high stomach pain during menstrual which I never ever had previously!🥺

Did any one of you experience the same? What does it happen and what exactly is the solution? Please share you insights. Thank you
