Can anyone help me identify a piece?

Ok I remember this climax but idk where its from nor the exact notes.

The piece that reminds me of this the most is Scriabins Op 15 No 3 (from 5 preludes). And because of the similarities i suspect its in E and is from Scriabin?

His works are very distinct and recognizable, and thats exactly what makes it hard for me to find the climax.

Sry for lack of info, but I'm genuinely so lost on finding the piece and have barely any clue where its from.
