How should I get better?

I have a decent streak where I do the puzzle, lesson, and a couple games every day but I can’t get out of the 500 elo range. Can anyone offer some advice for how I can grind out to improve my game? I also feel like for the puzzles they’re all incredibly easy, as in they haven’t gotten harder since the first one
