Looking for a trustworthy foundation repair, crawl space structural repair, and encapsulation company. Located in MA/RI area

Hi all. I have purchased a family property that was used as a rental for years and the original part of the house was built in the 40s. The joists and beams in that area are in a crawl space and they are rotting. The whole house sinks in that corner pretty badly. There are smaller cracks on the foundation but I’m not sure if the wall itself is failing or not. We want to fix up the home but can’t do anything until it’s level.

I got a quote from dryzone and I was thoroughly unimpressed with the salesman. After reading some horror stories about them and groundwork’s I am looking for help in finding other companies. Would a structural engineer fall into this category? I figured they would do the math but not the actual work. It’s our first home renovation and I want to make sure we do it correctly.

If you have any recommendations of trustworthy and reasonably priced companies that are not going to use scare tactics I would really appreciate your help!
