Interview Help

I have an interview for a customer service and e-commerce supervisor on Monday, and was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how the interview is going to go. I am meeting with 2 team leads, and had a phone interview on Thursday. I have never worked for Whole Foods before so it will be something new. Also, I am not sure how much I should ask for regarding pay. I honestly haven’t made more than $18/hr in my life so hoping to get more than that. I have about 13 years experience in grocery/retail (age 14 to 27, the age I am now).
