Popmart store has no number?

Hey y’all, I was trying to keep up with if my local Popmart received the power chords series online, I didn’t see if they ever got any in stock or if it already sold out because it isn’t showing up for store pickup.

I wanted to see if I could call the store to find out but apparently they don’t have a number? It’s not extremely important (im very patient and know im sure if they do ever receive them, in 6 months time they’ll definitely have them consistently in stock, and im going there tomorrow to check anyways) but I was just wondering if this is common for all popmart stores because I think that’s so strange. I can understand that they’d probably be flooded with people trying to put items on hold which I don’t think you can/should be able to do in a store like that, but I’d like to at least be able to know if releases like this will be in stock before I show up 😭

Maybe you can let me know if this is common or if there’s a specific reason for this :) OR ALSO if stores are supposed to receive them yet at all
