What are your favorite Fallout in-game memories?

Could you kindly share your favorite moments in-game? They could be any Fallout game, they just have to be really memorable!

Here's mine (and the inspiration for this post):

Last night, I was playing New Vegas. Boone and ED-E were lamentably incapacitated by an Alpha Male Deathclaw in Quarry Junction.

I had secreted myself away to the top of the conveyer station/transfer tower. The deathclaw was rampant, rampaging up and down the conveyer. But only halfway.

Desperate, and unable to fast travel, I made a dash up the rocks, north. I thought I could make a break for Sloan.

Until I turned around. The deathclaw leaped at me, filling my screen at 1:00 AM and making me literally jump in my chair!

Ah, New Vegas, you never fail to make me smile.
