I'm scared..

So, I've been praying more lately and trying to get close to god. For years I've had strange psychic phenomena happening to me, such as a crow flying into my bedroom years ago and dying right outside my bedroom door, then would have 3 knocks every night for months. This stuff has been on and off for years, and ever since that I've had horrendous nightmares for years, with the ones lately being people holding me down while having sleep paralysis and doing witchcraft on me (people i don't know), ad well as drawing symbols on my forehead forcefully. So... I've been trying to get closer to God and was praying last night, and exactly at 3am last night I woke up to a rat on me and had horrific nightmares.... I didn't even know there was a rat in my house. I don't know how to make sense of these experiences that I've had, as it's hard to talk about with people without sounding crazy or too woowoo. Should I be afraid of what's going on...

Edit: also for years I've been seeing the same number synchronicities, such as 44, 37, and 119. I see them multiple times everyday.
