Any binding tips?

So, I am an afab agender person who suffers really bad chest dysphoria and has no options for binding. I'm not joking when I say no options, I don't own sports bras, tape, traditional binders, or really anything I see brought up. While I would love to buy these items... I am a minor (14-17) with no money for myself, and I can't ask my parents because my mom has practically no money and I'm terrified to ask my dad.

This seems genuinely impossible, I would really appreciate feedback or tips.
