Feature idea: set pause at a date.

Pretty much the title. There are times I'm waiting on a cool down, e.g. I have a truce and I want to declare war before they join a coalition. Or to set expensive education on the 3rd bday.

If I could tell the game, "hey pause on xx.xx.xx date"

That'd be great.
