[Marvel comics/X-Men] Is Gambit still a handicapped omega or was that piece of his brain restored through ressurection?

Like Sister removed a piece of his brain to cap his powers from reaching full potential so he didnt become like New Son when his powers started growing. But since the whole Krakao ressurection stuff is that piece of his brain back in any new body? Is he back to being a full omega now?
