Feedback wanted: heat pump water heater with mixing valve and recirc loop

Any thoughts/feedback on this proposed setup?

1. hybrid electric heat pump water heater set to 140* F

2. mixing valve set to 120* F

3. time+temp programmable recirculation pump set to 110* F and limited to 6-9am (for showers) and 5-10pm (for dinner prep, dish washing, and bedtime routine)
