How do you keep up with Anki?

I'm studying for dedicated, already have to delay boards and risk delaying even more.

I cant seem to keep up with Anki. I've decided to just focus on pharm, microbio, anatomy, and dirtymedicine omm,biochem, and incorrect uworld q's.

It's too much. 1000 a day and I still have to do questions and review old content. I'm losing my mind.
